Description

Jerome K. Jerome (1859–1927) made English humour sound like a friend talking — ironic, lazy, and suddenly exact about human folly. Three Men in a Boat is his masterpiece: a mock-epic of river travel in which packing, weather, and wounded dignity become high adventure.
