Description

Through plague-struck London, Sir Norman Kingsley is drawn to La Masque, the veiled Midnight Queen whose secrets lead through intrigue, danger, and a rescue from the plague-pit itself. Masked identity becomes a weapon as love, vengeance, and contagion share the same dark streets. Sensation romance with peril under every veil. Spoken as when the midnight queen still asks what a city will hide when it is dying.
