Description

Charley Kennedy leaves the Red River Settlement for Hudson’s Bay fur country with Harry Somerville, Jacques, and Redfeather. Canoes, cold camps, and the trade’s rough schooling under Ballantyne’s other title for The Young Fur-Traders. Northern adventure for readers who want the trail and the company, not a nature sermon.
