Description

Set in 15th-century England, Howard Pyle's Men of Iron follows Miles Falworth, a young boy determined to restore his family's ruined honor. After his blind father is falsely accused of treason by the treacherous Earl of Alban, Miles trains rigorously to become a knight. Through dedication, discipline, and bravery, he rises in courtly favor, overcomes fierce rivalries, and eventually challenges Alban to a duel to the death, redeeming his name.
